IVE BEEN TAGGED!!
****WARNING**** Do not operate heavy machinery or drive a motorized vehicle while reading this blog. It will put you into a heavy coma!
I have to admit that I was tagged a couple of days ago by Michelle H and I have been racking my brain to find 7 interesting things about me. I dont think I am very interesting. What you see is what you get with me. That being said here goes my attempt.
1. I have recently become a leg hair picker. Yes you read correctly. I LOVE to pick my leg hairs. Good times. I am bummed that I have none right now that need to be picked. I plucked me bald while watching last weeks Law and Order SVU last night.
2. I have a "Duck and Cover" rule at my house. If you dare to open a drawer or closet in my house you have to "duck and cover" fast. I may appear to have my house picked up for the most part, but open up my closets and watch out for falling debris! I am a big shover inner. I shove things in places to get them out of the way.
3. I can burp like a trucker! I know, not very lady like, but it is me. I have always done it. Only my family has heard me though. I am good at making sure nobody hears my horrible secret------hopefully.
4. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to take a pole dancing class. It is the Vegas in me I guess. Seriously though. No smutty intentions, I just think it would be fun. Dont act like you havent thought about it ladies!!
5. I love Sees candy!! I can name all of the flavors in their boxes. Oh yea, good stuff. I was raised on that stuff.
6. I am a major cosmetic/product addict. I love to try new beauty things. I guess I am who all of those people prey on thinking that their product will make me a new woman. Heehee. No, I just love to try new things. It is fun. I fact, A blog that I stalk talked about a new curling iron that she has and loves and what did I do??? Bought it! Nutso.
7. Gee I cant think of number 7.....hhhhmmmm.... Well most of you know this already about me. I LOVE Fridays, because my new tabloids come out. I get real happy and giddy at the thought of going to get my new mags. It is also the one night of the week that I look forward to going to bed. I am a night owl so this is big for me. Well that is it. It was actually pretty painless. Thanks Michelle. This was fun. I am not sure who was "tagged" already or not so anyone who wants to do this go for it.
HAVE A GREAT NIGHT! YOU SHOULD ALL SLEEP WELL TONIGHT.... :):):)

HOLY EARTHQUAKE BATMAN!
Scary. We just had an earthquake tonight that was 5.6 on the Richter scale. Freaky. I had left my kids for a bit to fill a perscription at Walgreens for Lawson and must have been driving in my car at the time because I didnt feel it. I walked into Walgreens and people looked freaked out and signs were shaking.
Of course the kids were scared and were calling me right and left wondering what to do. That got me thinking "do I know what to do?" I grew up in Vegas for peets sake. We dont have earthquakes in Vegas. We have dust storms and crud like that. Well it got me a little motivated I must say to get off my keester and have a FHE on what to do in case of Emergencies..................DUH, i amsure everyone has a clue and knows what to do. I am a little slow I guess.
Well we are in the middle of having "family fun time" carving pumpkins, and I am hearing all hell breaking loose. I better get in there. Good night!

DISNEYLAND PICTURESHere is a mish mash of pictures from Disneyland. Like I said Before, we had a great time.
We went with my brother Ken and his family and then there was my clan. Thats a lot of kids!
Everyone got along really well. It was nice because some of the older kids went their merry way and we were able to do some of the kiddie rides with the smaller ones. Friday we spent the day at Disneyland and then Saturday we hit California Adventure and Disneyland the later part of the day.
Can I just say that I was so EXHAUSTED after each day. It was go go go all dang day. I was tempted to be one of those and rent a wheel chair and be pushed all day. Chris is a talented man, he could have pushed me with one arm and the stroller with the other! LOL
Maybe next year.
One of the exciting parts of the trip was losing Hayden for almost an hour! We kept joking all day that the kids that get lost at Dland probably have it sweet. They get to hang out at the Lost and Found and get all sorts of toys and cool stuff. Not the case. Poor Hayden didnt get squat out of his adventure except for a sticker. So here is the low down. We had just eaten lunch and Chris was going to go take some of the kids on a ride and me and my SIL Jenny were going to go take thoe other kids to Bugs Land. Jenny and I were sitting casually on our keaster eating some yummy Dland fudge when Chris and the kids came back from their ride. We were all making a game plan for our next ride, when I asked Chris where Hayden was. He of course looked at me and said "last time I saw him, he was with you." Uh, I dont think so. He was NOT with me, but whatever. Chris took off and headed towards the place we last ate at and called me to tell me that he was not there. I was already deep into panic mode. I took off running to the Lost and Found and they had checked and said that at the First Aid office a little boy neamed "Cayden" had been found. I knew that was him. I just burst into tears. I felt like the biggest looser mom, but luckily he was safe. It was pretty comical because the lady at the first aid office asked me if he had a cell phone. Uh Hello! He is 3 years old. I dont think I am giving me 3 year old a cell phone. She obvioulsy doesnt have kids. No kidding 5 minutes after leaving the First aid office Landon slipped and fell on his head. I made my poor SIL take him to the First aid office. I didnt want to get hauled off the CPS for being a bad mom. He was ok of course.
I do think that I have gone deaf from our trip. Every think at Dland is so dang loud! The rides, the fireworks, the music is seriously so psycho loud. We were walking by one of the water shows and Chris and I were both commenting how loud it was. He was so mad and turns to one of the poor little park workers and says( of course screaming over the loud noise) "was Walt Disney deaf?" It was to funny. The poor little park worker says "oh, I guess so". Arent I married to a funny guy?
Well I am still trying to catch up on everyones blogs. It is taking me a while. I have a little cling on baby who is following me everywhere. He is running a little fever and kind of whiny. I guess I get to go visit the Drs again tomorrow. OH joy.
Tonight for family night I made some caramel sauce and we dipped apples in it. So good. Well have a great night!
I'M BACK!
So we ended up going and we had a great time! Other then losing Hayden a couple times-once for kind of a long time, I will write about that later and about me totally freaking out about it :0
There wasnt any smoke smell or anything. It was great. I will post pictures and write more later. I am excited to get updated on everyones blogs, I am sure I missed a ton. Well I am knee deep in dirty laundry and good stuff like that. Have a great day!

SHOULD I STAY OR SHOULD I GO..................
Wow! What a dilemma. With these crazy fires going on, we are trying to figure out if it is a smart move to go to Dland. What do you think? I just dont want to head out and get stuck on the freeway with fifty gazillion other cars. No thank you! I dont need to be cooped up in the car with all my crew for that long. I feel so bad for all of the people there who are having to leave their homes. So scary.
So I am trying to get laundry done and all the other crap that goes with packing up for a trip. I always overpack. I try to be prepared, but bring WAY too much stuff. Well this is short, Lawson decided to wake up from his nap and is screaming in his bed. I guess I better go get the little monkey before he spazzes out too much. Have a great day!

UUUUGGGG! What am I doing up so late!!!!!! I curse myself every morning that I stay up way too late. I am such a night owl. I love to stay up and just chill after everyone has gone to bed, but boy do I pay the price when it is time to get the kids up and going in the morning. Not to mention all of the times my little man gets up still. Oh well. I feel like I need to get all of my thoughts out before they slip away into the land of the cobwebs otherwise known as my brain.
Not too much has been going on here. We had a great relaxing weekend. Friday I got to have a semi-date night with Chris. I call it a "semi" date night because as always Lawson is the 3rd wheel. I should say that he is the welcomed third wheel. He is a great baby. We tried this new Indian Restaurant by our house. Our favorite one closed down and I was in search of a replacement and I think we found it. They had the best Butter Chicken and Naan. We then went to Costco. It was a lot of fun going without all of the kids. We are usually the Freak Show when we take them all with us. It is dangerous taking Chris to Costco. My bill usually doubles. No joke. We even went home to find the kids all ready for bed and the house cleaned up. How about that? Usually we are rounding the corner asking "I wonder if the house is still standing?".
Saturday we had a few things going on. Ballgames, chores, the usual. I went to Hollys craft camp. We made some cute projects and I chowed on a ton of her M&Ms she had on her table. Aunt Flo visited me and I have been craving chocolate something fierce! Saturday night Holly and the fam came over and we had pizza and the adults had Baja fresh and then we watched Transformers. Good times.
Sunday long story short we all played hookie. If any of you know Chris this is a very shocking statement. He NEVER plays hookie from church. I was going to stay home with Lawson anyway. He has been teething and has been really cranky and as I mentioned before, my aunt Flo is here and the first day or so is NOT PRETTY! When I got up to help get the kids ready, Chris said that he wasnt feeling well and so we just all stayed home. I think we have all been running around crazy lately that we needed this time to hang out together and relax. We had a great day together and the kids were all pretty tame.
Today I took Lawson to the Drs to make sure he didnt have an ear infection and YeeHaw he doenst. He checked out fine. I have also been going through all of the kids hell holes, I mean closets getting stuff sorted out and seeing who needs what for the winter. My kids are growing like weeds. Especially Bo. He is only 11 and I will have to buy him size 16 pants. He is going to be so tall, I just know it! Maybe he can make his mama MIILLLIONS playing for the NBA or something when he grows up.
Well I need to get to bed. I have a ton of crud to get done tomorrow. We are heading out Thursday to the "Happiest Place on Earth" I know, I know you all thought that my house was the happiest place on earth right??? LOL We are excited. My brother booked us all hotels using his rewards points. Isnt he so awesome?!!! We always say that he is the Golden child of the family. He really is. We are very excited. My sister Julie and her daughter are going and my brother and his familiy are going. It will be so fun.
Sorry so long again. I can now sleep in peace with all of this clutter out of my head. Thanks for bearing with me through it.....Goodnight.

TGI Thursday!!!!!
Can somebody just shoot me now??!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad that the weekend is almost here. I am not sure why because our weekends are usually wacko, but at least my man is around to help out. I cant believe that it has been a week already since I left on my Utah trip.
I needed to step out of LALA land and vent out some stress. I hate this hour of the day. It is the time of day when you are trying to find something edible to feed my family and I am fighting with kids to get their homework done and trying to keep my 3 year old out of everyones way. Usually that includes me putting on 5,000 Curious George shows for him to watch!! Whatever works right??? I call this hour my Bewitching Hour! Anyway I am sure that I am not alone.
This week has actually gone by pretty fast. Today I had planned to go to find Dallin some jeans. I went to the mall yesterday and found him a pair at AE. They are cute. He is such a skinny dude-LUCKY! Didnt get that gene passed down from me that is for sure! He is almost
5'8 and the size of a bean pole so it is hard to find jeans with length and not be poodraggers at the same time. I went to Old Navy and found another pair. Hopefully they will work. I then called my friend Maressa and we went and grabbed a quick bite to eat. She is like me and ALWAYS up for a good time, especially when it involves feeding our faces. Good times!
I have been having a little trouble getting my kids to listen to me without screaming at them. I always end up doing that and I hate it. Sometimes I think that they tune me out until I start yelling. Maybe I sound like that voice on Charlie Brown to them....... BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH!
I would love to hear of any good tips. NOTHING WORKS. They dont play alot of video games lately, they dont always go outside to play with friends (why should they, they have a flippin built in playgroup here) Any tips????
Well I am feeling a little more human again. I guess I had better go work on my dinner. I am making a chicken and rice soup. It is quick to make and my family likes it. Hope everyone is having a great day!

TOO FUNNY!
I know, 2 posts in 1 day. What is going on? I will keep this really brief since I just posted a snoozefest post earlier.
I got a call from my sister Laura telling me that she is freaking out over the Twilight book. She just finished the first one and is having some serious fantasies about Edward!! She says that she cant stop thinking about him! She told me that when she was walking out the door this morning she caught herself imagining that Edward was going to be outside waiting for her. Isnt that funny? She told me to hurry and finish the first one so we can "fantasize together" WHATEVER. I think I am on the 5th chapter and I have had it for a couple weeks. I am just now getting a little into it.
What is up with these books????
Does anyone else "fantasize" about Edward or any of the other characters?
Is my sister nuts?????

G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-SThat is what I am singing as I am knee deep in laundry, boogars and dishes. As i always say I am back to "Realityland"!
I am back from my weekend away and even came home to 6 kids and a hubby!! Everyone survived....... My sweet man even cleaned out my refrigerator while I was gone. He can bring home the bacon and clean up after it too. How lucky am I????
I had a great time in Utah. It was so nice there, with all of the gorgeous fall colors. I will kind of sum up my weekend as best as I can which usually is a jumbled mess, but bear with me.
Thursday by the time I was picked up from the airport and headed back to Orem it was kind of late. We grabbed a quick snack at Wendys and went to Walmart. We then headed back to the hotel and hung out.
Friday we go up and headed to one of my favorite places to eat when I was in college, The Training Table. I was surprised that it kind of looked a little ragged but the food was pretty tasty. I love their cheese fries! We then went to my nieces Softball game. She had hurt her thumb and was not going to be able to play in the game. That was kind of a bummer since that is one of the reasons I came but oh well. The Softball fields at BYU are quite impressive. We watched them get killed by BYU and then we headed to the Wilkinson Center. It was so fun to go back and see my old stomping grounds. It has changed alot. We shopped around the bookstore and then headed back to the fields to watch them play another game. This time they won! It was late by that time and my neice Addison was very tired so we went back to the hotel and dropped my sister and Addison off and my parents and I went to IHOP. I know, I know, I wasnt too excited about it, but my parents LOVE IHOP so that is where we ate. It was actually pretty good.
Saturday the games were rained out. It was rainy almost all day. We headed to the Orem Mall and shopped. Stupid me decided to wear a new pair of shoes to shop in! How dumb is that? My feet hurt so bad, but not enough to stop shopping. We ate lunch at CPK and then wanted a treat so we went to the Creamery and had a sundae> SO DANG GOOD! We even saw Levell Edwards there. That was kind of exciting! Then it was off to the Provo mall to do some damage there. I said goodbye to my family and headed off with my good friend from college Karen for the night. I have not seen her in a few years. We talk on the phone often so it was great to visit with her in person. We ate dinner at Bajios- DELISH and then headed back to her house to hang out. It was so fun chit chatting and we also watched a movie and made cookies. Then it was off to bed.
Sunday I went to Karens ward. It was a great meeting. I think I enjoyed it so much because I wasnt wrestling with the crew the whole time. It was so enjoyable. She was teaching RS lesson and did a great job. It was on strengthening the Families and it was awesome! She is so loved by all of her ward. She is single and seriously everyone LOVES her. After church we headed back to her house to change and have a quick lunch and then it was off to the airport.
I know this is a chronological nightmare and boring as all get out, but I have to do it this way as part of my journaling. I had a great time and was excited to get back to my family. I really did miss them. I missed my sweet little baby!! I came home to a clean house and Dallin making cookies. How great is that? I was just saying to myself that I needed some more lumps on my rump so why not pig out! HAHA---NOT
I am excited to get reading on what I have missed. have a great day!

I AM OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well the time has come for me to go on my little weekend away. If you could see me know, I am doing the biggest happy dance EVER!! Oh, dont get me wrong, I love my family to peices but momma needs a break. I am heading to Utah for the weekend to see my parents. sister and neices. My family is there to watch my neice play softball. Of course we will be shoving huge amounts of candy and food into our mouths and lots of shopping (hopefully). I would love to have the time to arrange blogging buddy lunch or something, but I am kind of at my families beck and call since I am invading on their weekend. HEE HEE! I would love to do that someday! Well I need to get back to my packing. I hope that when I get home I still have 6 kids and a husband!! Just kidding. My man is more than capable to handle this on his own. Maybe they will even miss me, I dont know. It might just be one big party for them without Cruella DE Linda around! Have a great weekend!

Conference was great. I loved all of the talks and cant wait to read them in the Ensign next month. Not much else went on this weekend. I pretty much stayed in my pjs for 2 days. Good times indeed! Friday a bunch of us went to dinner at PF Changs and a movie for Christines Bday. She is on my side bar for anyone who was wondering who she was :) Our food was great of course and I ate a ton as usual. We went afterward and saw a hideous movie. It was called The Jane Austin Book Club or something like that. I guess since it was about her books (which I have not read) it flew right over my simple head. DONT GO SEE IT!
I am just sitting here listening to a whiney 3 year old. ALL day long he says in the most whiniest voice "I have to go poo poo. Seriously all day, but he wont go! He waits until the last minute when he cant hold it any longer and then he goes. Weird kid.
Tonight after a week of the kids begging us to get our costume box down we finally did it and then the fighting began. They all want to be the same thing. The Grim Reaper! Can you believe it? My sweet boy want to be a gorey bloody person. They are so funny. They love to dig throught the box and wear the old costumes that are in there. They never ask for new ones. Hey! that is ok with me, I am in to recycling!
So Thursday I am off for a trip by myself. I am too excited. It is with my mom, dad, sister Julie and neices. My neice plays softball for Dixie and she is playing BYU and I am tagging along. I wish it was a trip with my man, but no such luck. My sweet man will be manning the fort while I am gone. Did I mention how excited I am?????
My personal goals have been going pretty good. I have been doing well on some of them and not so great in some areas, but it is important that I am trying right? I have a lot more work to do but I am really seeing the difference. My goal this week is to work on my scripture reading. Hopefully I can eventually get equally excited about reading them as I am about reading People Magazine. I know that sounds horrible. Well I am off to do my dishes and get my nightly chores done. No Christina, not that chore! LOL I made these yummy potatoes for dinner. My kids all love them and they are so easy. I got them from Rachel Ray. I will tell you the recipe in case you havent seen it before. Ok I know this was way to long and boring. Sorry. Have a great night!
Smashed Potatoes
Red potatoes (I have also used Butter Potatoes and they are equally tasty) cubed and cooked
Sour cream
Green onions diced (these totally make the potatoes)
milk
Butter
Salt and pepper
I pretty much just mash the potatoes with a masher and then just keep adding butter, milk, and sour cream until they are creamy and are to your liking. So good! I also add cheese to them to make them extra ooey and gooey!

HAPPY Birthday CHRISTINEToday is on of my good friends Christines birthday. I wont reveal her age because I am raipidly approaching it next month! It is only a number right?????
Christine is such a great person. It is always a party when she is around. She is so much fun and seriously a friend to everyone! She is our wards Primary president and whoever fills her shoes next (please not me!!) has a hard job ahead of them. She is so great with the kids and makes each one of them feel so special. She has a wonderful gift for that.
I know for a fact that she is a wonderful family member. She has had some major family struggles this past month and has stepped up to the plate and helped out in every way. She has been watching her cute little nephews making it a 6 pack in her household. Now she can feel a glimpse of what it is like in Smithland-crazy, but fun!
Well I could go on and on about this fabulous chick but I will end it now by saying that
we hope you have special birthday girl! You deserve it!Tuesday, October 02, 2007
Holy Hannah has it really been that long since I have posted?? Where has the time gone? Oh, I know, poopy diapers, bottles, being Chauffer Joe, shall I go on? Time flies when your having fun????? Yah right.
So I have been having some deep thoughts this past few weeks---Scary, I know! Who knew I was capable of having them?? I have been in a mood lately and I think I am finally figuring it out. I am in need of a makover!!!! Not the outside kind, but an inside makeover.
Dont get me wrong- I would love for Stacy and Clinton to surprise me with a $5000 credit card to go shopping in New York for a week, but that isnt going to happen. This makeover I am on my own for.
I have been in a Spiritual slump for quite some time. I have a testimony, there is no question about that, but I am not putting oil in my lamp and it is burning out fast!
Instead of reading my scriptures daily I am turning to the tabloids. What is wrong with that picture. Like I should have Britney Spears and her wonderful parenting skills being that last thing that I think about before I go to sleep.
I have found myself just spilling a quick little prayer out before my eyes close, having family prayer only on the nights that I am not ready to strangle my sweet kiddies.
After having a great talk with my mom the other day, she has helped me to figure out what I was lacking. I have been a little on the moody side and short tempered with everyone and I find that I dont turn to the Lord for help. I have been slacking in so many departments. I have been blessed with 6 sweet boys. I am with then 90 percent of the day they need me to be an example of patience example for them. I have none! I have found that my kids are short tempered with each other at times also. This breaks my heart, because it is my bad. They learned that from me. Any way I could go on and on about my flaws. They are endless, but I am excited at my new changes. I told Chris the other day that I think we are the only couple that doesnt have a couple prayer every night. So crazy. I have also had some great lessons and talks at church lately that have been just for me I am sure.:) I also want to thank all you girls for inspiring me with your messages or scriptures posted. You are truly examples for me. I am slowly seeing the light.
I feel like I just rambled on and made no sense, but it felt good to write it out. I am not excited about airing out all of my weeknesses and flaws, but this is my only mode of journaling right now and it feels good to get it out and start my new journey. I am so blessed with a great hubby and sweet children :) I am so blessed and I am so thankful for everything my HF has given me. SO MUCH!
Well I am off to wipe a boogar nose and get back to my exciting life! Oh by the way. Hayden has accomplished what i thought would NEVER happen. He finally pooped int he potty. YEE HA! Hopefully it wasnt a one time deal! Have a great day!

THE "INCIDENT"
I just had to share this funny story. We all know my never ending potty training saga, and how I freak out every time I take Hayden to his " must be fully potty trained" preschool, for fear that he is going to poop his pants. I dont want to get that dreaded call. HEEHEE Yesterday when I went and picked him up from school, I was greeted by his teacher telling me that we had an "incident" today. I thought "oh great, he pood his underwear and I am about to be kicked out of preschool". She then told me that while they were out for recess, they happened to look over at the playhouse and saw a little white bum through one of the windows and noticed that it was my sweet little Hayden taking a wizz on the corner of the playhouse!! Oh I think I could have died a hundred times. So embarrassing. I am quite sure she thinks my mothering skills stink. I am not sure she knows he is number 5 out of 6 BOYS, maybe she would cut me a little slack with that knowledge. Little boys like to whip it out wherever and whenever they have to go potty.
She was very nice about it and just wanted me to know so that I could reinforce with Hayden to let them know when he has to go potty so they can take him. Yah Yah ok!
I just thought I would share one of my many proud "mother of the year" moments.
Today I took Hayden to speech and then some of us hung out at Chuck E Cheese for a bit. Good times. Tonight we have a Court of Honor to go to, last night we had pack meeting-Crazy. Tonight Dallin gets his LIFE merit badge. We are so proud of him. He is almost ready to work on his Eagle. Well I need to get out the whip and get sopme kids doing their homework. Have a great night!

Here is the recipe for the Chicken Pot Pie. Try it, you will love it, and girls, there is NO canned soup involved in this recipe. It is all homemade . Several years ago, Holly and I went to a cooking class and made this and other fabulous recipes. It was at a place called Home Chef. It is a gourmet store kind of like Williams Sonoma with cooking classes.
Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry Crust
FILLING
2 Tbs Butter
1 medium onion diced
3 carrots cut into small pieces
3 celery stalks chopped (I use mushrooms instead) could also use both
1 1/2 cups of frozen peas
1tbs tarragon
1 pound chicken breast cooked and cubed
salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
SAUCE:
4 tbs butter
4 tbs flour
3 cups of chicken stalk
1/2 cup of creme
Crust
puff pastry crust in freezer section of store
egg wash
Filling: In a large saute pan, melt butter, add onion, and carrot and saute for about 5 minutes. Add celery and saute for 3 minutes more. Add peas, tarragon and chicken and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. **Transfer to ramikins or I doubled the recipe and put into 9x13 pan**
Sauce: In a large sauce pan over medium to high heat, melt the butter. Stirin the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add stock, wisking constantly until the sauce comes to a boil. Add the creme, and seasonings to taste and simmer until slightly thickened. Pour sauce over filling and let cool to room temperature.
Gently roll out the pastry to fit over the dish leaving enough at the sides to overhang. Pierce with a knife to allow steam to escape. Lightly brush with eff wash and bake in 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until crust is golden brown. ENJOY!
I doubled this recipe to feed my family and it filled the 9x13 pan.

Ok so this is the Chicken Pot Pie in a Puff Pastry crust that I made for my man for our anniversary. It is one of his favorite things that I make for him. It is easy, but time consuming so I dont get to make it that often. If anyone wants the recipe, let me know. It turned out pretty dang good if I say so myself. The crust doesnt look that perfect, but hey, I tried right?
So as I am typing this I am thinking to myself "keep it cool Linda , dont lose it!? Some of my kids are in here wrestling around and going nuts!!! It has been a LONG day! Our church ends at 12:30 and the kids are going a little loopy. Chris and Dallin went to the Oakland Temple (actually the Tri Stake Center right next to it) to help with the parking for the Gladys Night and the SUV Singers concert and they just got home.
This weekend was pretty chillax. Friday I just stayed home focused on getting Hayden to finally go poo in the toilet. Any luck? NOOO! What a wasted day. He hadnt gone in a
couple days so I knew he needed to go. He kept telling me he needed to go and we would run to
Saturday it was raining so Bowens football game got rained out. I love that when it happens. Dont get me wrong, I love to watch him play, but it was nice to have a quiet Saturday. We ended up running to IKEA. It is always fun to go there. They have fun things. Not quite my taste in furniture, but it is fun to shop there. They do have cool knick knacks. We also love to load up on the meatballs and sauce mix. So tasty. Well this was a snooze fest post, but it has kept me from strangling some kids! LOL have a great night.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! 16 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy Cow that went by fast. I guess it is true, that time flies when you are having fun. ;)
I cant believe how fast it really has gone. 16 years ago I was one happy girl.
Chris and I met through my BIL. Chris came off his mission and started doing landscaping for him. My mom would see him and told my BIL that he should hook us up. My BIL told her that he didnt think he was my type. She kept bugging him about it telling him she ahd a "feeling" about it and told him to do it. We first met each other at my BIL baseball game. I remember sitting behind him and I thought he had a nice neck. Weird I know. I kind of have a neck fettish. HEHE His neck was tan and you could tell his hair was just cut. He looked so cute. We all went to dinner after the game and then he asked me out for that Thursday. We went out and had a great time, but I wasnt getting my hopes up because I was having bad luck with guys before him. We saw each other at a Young adult dance the next night and 2 weeks later he was so smitten by my hottness that he proposed. LOL.
We were married about 3 months later and here we are, six kids and 16 years later.
I am so lucky to have him. He is so patient and a hard worker. My man can do anything! I am always so amazed that really there is nothing he cant do. (except of course give me a girl)!! I am also greatful that he is a great member of our church and worthy priesthood holder. I try to be supportive of his callings but I often fail. It tweeks me off a little when he zooms off to do his calling when I have been home all day witht he kids, but that is my constant inner battle. I just need to remember how blessed we are and get over it! I can be selfish at times.
I am not sure there is any hot plans tonight. Probably not. It is of course a weeknight so I doubt it. That is ok though. Well I am off to get my morning going.
Happy anniversay Chris (not that he reads this all the time but you never know) I love you so much and I am so thankful that you wanted me, big hair and all!
PS This is our engagement photo. I couldnt dig out any recent ones without really digging. Pretty sad. I need to get ove my photo phobia!!

Happy Monday! Or is it?? To me it just means that there is 4 more days until the weekend. Bummer.
This weekend was just pretty noneventful. We just took kids to games and practices etc.
Saturday we made homemade pizza and banana bread. Just what my fat butt needs, but it was tasty! I was feeling like Martha I guess. Well Chris made the pizza. he has some mad pizza making skills and I just made the banana bread. I would show a picture of that too, but the picture I took shows off my dirty stove and we dont want that now do we?
Sunday was our Stake conf. Chris took the older boys and I stayed home with the other 2. It is hard enough keeping them entertained for the hour and ten minutes let alone 2 hours!!! I know, I am a loser! We just chilled the rest of the day. It felt great to just relax.
Today I took Hayden to his speech class and then we dropped a wad at Costco. I ALWAYs
Well I am off to hold my baby. He has been neglected all day. Car seat to floor all day. MOTHER OF THE YEAR is right here.
These pics are just random ones to make my post a little less boring. Lawson loves heading for my stairs and this picture is of him climbing under the banister. Mr Brainiac for sure!
Then there is Hayden on his first day of school. Before and after shots. He looks like he is on drugs. Pretty funny kid.
have a great day!

So today I was at Walmart and I happened to see these books looking all pretty on the shelves when this one spoke to me. It said "Buy me, you know you want to"!! So what did I do????? I bought the darn thing. I caved into peer pressure:)
I hope that it doesnt interfere with my weekly smut tabloids! HAHA

Trip down memory lane>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I enjoyed Crazymomas trip down memory lane so much that I decided to join her. I have posted this gem of a photo before and since I dont have any other HS photos here in California (my mom still has all my old stuff in Vegas) I am limited to this one.I know that all of you are trying to figure out how it is possible to get hair this high right? We thought we were all that! I think we put Aquanet hairspray on the map. I also was the sole member of the Mr T jewelry club. I dont know if you can tell but I had quite the BLING BLING !
This is me now. I think that Aquanet Hairspray went out of business. 2 out of the 3 of us sisters in the photo have flatter hair. My sister Julie still LOVES her big hair. LOL Love ya Julie..
This is the reason why I dont like to post pictures of me on my blog. I am not very photogenic. It is quite funny how you can think you look ok and then you see your self in a picture and want to Gag! I am trying to be better about having my pictures taken so my kids will have something to remember my by when I am in the old folks home someday. LOL
I also wanted to thank all of you wonderful girls for giving me words of kindness to me as I was having my Pitty Party! I really am grateful that I have a wonderful hubby who is always willing and worthy to serve . I am just going to have to suck it up and deal with all of the campouts and meetings right???? Well I am off to go get my kiddies. Have a great day!!

Somebody needs to send some Happy Pills to my house PRONTO! It has been a LONG D**N weekend!
First of all, Chris was called to be the new Scoutmaster in our ward. Can I just say that that is a mondo calling. Crazy nuts busy. Campouts, meetings and not to mention the dreaded week long Scout camp during ths summer. Now I do realize that I pretty much have my own scout troup at my house, and I knew that this call was inevitable, but it is so nuts at our house these days. I need my man home! He has been in scouts before, YM Pres a few times, Stake YM pres before we moved here and so I am use to all the stuff and I find myself feeling bitter about it all. I know I need to be supportive and bite my tongue but it is hard.
So as for my LONG weekend...... Chris had a campout he had to go to. Him and Dallin headed off yesterday around 4. He had to take my Yukon Xl to fit everything and left me with his car. Ok lets do the math here. There are 6 of us (2 of those in car seats) and his car seats 5. HELLOOOO! Am I just suppose to stay cooped up in the house while he is gone??? Bowen had football practice and a little shin dig afterward to pep up the team for their game today. So I loaded up all the kiddies in his car and away we went. Luckily I didnt get spotted by the cops--A real Britney moment!! I let the kids run around at the park for a bit to tire them out. On the way home I did stop at the store and loaded up on my Tabloids and came home. I had the kids in bed by 9ish. Yeah me! I must say that the kids have been pretty great. I havent had to use my psycho mom voice too much.
Today I got Bowen off to his game. I had asked some people in my ward to help me out and take him to and from the game (they are on the same team). I have to admit that Bowens loser mom was not about to take all of them to the game by myself. Between a 3 year old and a baby--uh uh not happening. He is a great kid and understood. Today I did go to Target, I needed some retail therapy and that always makes me happy. We came home and let the kids run loose in the hood. We had corn dogs for dinner-yuk! and now I am giving baths and getting ready for 9:30 church tomorrow.
it is 8:30 and still no Chris-----Holy Hannah I am hitting my limit. Like I said the kids have been pretty great all in all, but the baby is getting clingy and I have a ton to do! WEll I am off to get kid number 5 in the bath. Wish me luck! Have a great night...

We were going to get new carpets, but the sticker shock quickly stopped that from happening. New floors can wait a bit!!
I am just sitting here doing some damage on my computer. I have been shopping online a little and trying to find some deals for our possible Dland trip next month. Hotels dont seem to want to have a boat load of kiddies staying in their rooms! Go figure! If anyone out there has some good insider info or tips for me, please let me know.
Well here are a few more pics of my cute little man! dang he is so cute!!!! He keeps biffing it on my floors and stairs so I had to go get another baby gate to trap the little booger!
Poor little dude has some bruises on his little head. No need to call CPS on me! LOL
Have a great day!!!

AAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW! Can I just say how much I love bedtime?????? I just put #6 to bed and all is well. I know, I know this is a lame post, but as I was coming down the stairs, or should I say "floating" down the stairs I thought that I needed express my love for bed time. I have had a great week. I cant believe that I have been such a slacker in my blogging. I am sure that you have all been waiting on pins and needles for me to blog for sure!! I have been pretty busy . Maybe since I have not had the urge to sell any of my kids on Ebay this week I have just been happy with reading/stalking blogs instead.
I have some cute pictures to post soon of our Saturday at the beach. Being the loser that I am I forgot my camera and had to have my friends take pics of the kids at the beach. I went to grab it several times before we left, but my alzheimer genes were setting in and I forgot it. Oh well.
I hope everyone had a great Labor Day. We went to Hollys BBQ. Yummy food and it wasnt a scorcher today like the past week. EEEWWWW! I hate the heat. Good night!

PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So today was the second day of school and we are all alive to tell about it! Things went rather smooth if I do say so myself.
Yesterday the boys all seemed eager and ready to get back to school. Dallin was up and showered and ready to head of to-----------High School. I cant believe it. It is so freaky to me. I remember like it was yesterday taking him to kindergarten and now he is thrown to the sharks. So far he is liking it. Poor guy heads to seminary at 6:30 in the morning and doesnt get home until 5:30 every day. He has football practice after school and he is drudging through like a real trooper.
Bowen headed off to Middle School. He loves to tell me about his day. He is so funny. he doesnt just sit and tell it all to me at one sitting. It is little blurbs here and there all throughout the day at random times. Cute kid!
Landon and Judson had good days also. Although I have to admit I was going to stangle my "sweet stubborn" child this morning. He insisted on wearing a sweatshirt today! UH! Hello ! It is freakin 105 here for the last 3 days! He said he wanted one just in case he got "cold" . I won the battle today, but I will lose many other ones let me tell you!
Yesterday after getting the kiddies off to school and dropping Hayden off at a play center, our lunch crew was back in action. We went to Tomatinas. This ones for you Christina----SO GRUB!!! Seriously. Such yummy food. It stunk though, becasue we had to sit ouside ont he patio becasue a larger party had already reserved the inside section. Did I mention that it is 105 lately!! Even the steady flow of the beloved "juice" did not help.
Today was just a layed back day. I watched Lucas while Holly was in rehab( sounds so funny). She brought back Chilis take out -yum! Other thent he usual taxi cab service it was a pretty chill day. Tonight we had night one of back to School night. At our elementary school they split them up. Gee thanks! Ilove to spend all of my nights listening to the teachers drone on and on about what to expect. I have been doing this for eons so if I seem bitter, it is just that I get bored going. I do like to meet their new teachers though. Well I am off to watch the Hills and Dog the Bounty Hunter--good times! Have a great night!
First day of school token photos. It is too hard getting them to all look cute in one picture. I need to take them seperately. Oh well Live and learn
.
Mr Lawson getting into my plug in air freshener. Darn him!
So today was the second day of school and we are all alive to tell about it! Things went rather smooth if I do say so myself.

Hallejulah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hallejulah!!!!!
Can I say that I am one happy woman today???? In church today we got a new bishopric. Our bishop moved and today the bishopric was released and we got a new bishopric today. In other words, my hubby will now be joining me deep in the pits of psycholand during sacrament every Sunday!
After all of the hububb was taken care of they asked the old counselors to bear their testimonies. My sweet man bore his and asked the stake pres for permission to join his family in the pews. Isnt that sweet? It was wonderful. I think I actually was able to listen to the testimonies without having to kill anyone. Well almost. I had to hold my 7 year old in my lap all during church. I had to tell him that if he was going to act like a baby, I had to hold him in my lap. Was that mean??? It worked for the most part. We will see if I actually have to do that again next week. After church we had dinner, and then Chris took Dallin to the Seminary meeting tonight. I stayed home and entertaind the rest of the troops. We watched Ella Enchanted. It was the first time I have watched it before. It was pretty cute.
Friday, we went to Chucksters. My kids had accumulated well over 5,000 points over the summer. It was a true proud parent moment! LOL They came home with a bubblegum machine 5 cotton candy bags, a HUGE ball and a couple other things. Crazy. They had a good time.
Saturday, was a crazy day. Bo had his Jamboree and then we had a BBQ for the team. That doesnt sound like that much, but it was go go go all day long.
Well, I am off to go pick up and chill out for a while. We put the kids to bed already. They are not too excited for the earlier time, but they will just have to DEAL WITH IT! It gives me more time to relax. HEHE! I am evil. Hope you all have a great night.
Oh and 1 day until school starts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok! So all of you make it from scratch, every day, all day kind of girls need to turn their heads for this post. I am about to plug a boxed meal. I have made this meal several times and it is pretty dang good! All you have to do is add the chicken. I comes with the pasta, sauce and a bread crumb topping.
I was wishing I had this to make tonight as I was trying to figure out something fast to cook in between picking up and dropping off kids all day. Crazy! Anyway enough of that. Try it. If you can believe it, this box a veggie and bread feed all of my brood.
So I am typing this while my kids are heading to bed and I am ready to wring their necks. DEEP BREATHS LINDA DEEP BREATHS!!!!
Today we hung out with freinds for our last little summer fling. Tomorrow I am heading to CHUCKS tomorrow with Holly and some other freinds. I have a huge stack in my diaper bag of chuck e cheese ticket paper things to turn in for prizes. My kids have been saving them all summer. Oh boy! I can hardly wait to see the boat load of crap they want to get. Last year we came home with 3 or 4 bubblegum machines and all sorts of other things. I guess it is better then, a little plastic toy here and there, that breaks or finds its way into my trash can when they are not looking. I know, I am a rotten mother.
Well I am off to watch Big Brother. It looks like a real rip snootin episode tonight! If you can believe it, my hubby is keeping it paused for me. He said that blogging was not a good enough excuse to keep it paused. HHHMMMM! I think he is a closet Big Brother lover! Have a great night.

YIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you feel my excitement with that word???????? I have officailly 1 week left till school starts. I have said this before and I will say it again, I totally have mixed feelings about it. I am totally dreading getting up and getting them out the door. So WRONG that school has to start so stinkin early!! LOL I am not a morning person, especially with Lawson not sleeping great still.
I do finally have them all registered. Yeah! I have 5 kids going to 4 different schools counting Hayden and preschool (if he gets that dang poop thing down!) Crazy.
Now on to our great weekend! Friday, of course, was High School Musical. We had the Woodwells and the Fishers over. Christine was putting together a Primary scrapbook for our Bishop who is moving and she needed help finishing it. It looks so great. We had yummy snacks and the kids all had a blast together. Of course towards the end or so the kids all ended up trickling out to wrestle or play on the computer. There is a picture here of all of the kids ganging up on the hubbys. I must say our men held up pretty well against all those kids. No broken bones or anything!
Saturday we just did some house stuff and Chris and some of the boys went to the SF Giants/Raiders game. They had a great time, but were a little scared for their lives at points. There are some HARD CORE game fans out there. I will go as far as calling them Nutjobs! Glad it was them out there freezing their butts off and not me. Landon, Hayden, Lawson and I stayed home for a little R&R--rest and retail! We went to Walmart and Kohls. Kohls was having some great sales. I didnt get a whole lot, but things for the boys.
Sunday, Hayden woke up with a runny nose and cough. Me being the giving and selfless person that I am, stayed home with him. HEE HEE! I guess you could say I was glad to stay home. I know that sounds horrible, but i just was not in the mood to wrangle the herd, for and hour and 10 minutes all by myself again. I will soon have my man sitting with me during Sacrament meeting. YEAH! Like I said earlier, my Bishop is moving and we are getting all new Bishopric. It has been both a blessing and nightmare to have him in the Bishopric this past couple years. Of course the nightmare is being alone with the kids trying to entertain the little ones and keep from wanting to strangle my "strong personality" child! I have a feeling that my days are numbered for me and my kush librabry job. Bummer for me!
Today we had a great time playing with our friends at the Gollmers gorgeous pool. She always has a yummy spread for us all too. She had CPK BBQ salad and pizza. I am busting out of my pants I ate too much! I hope everyone has a great day!
Wrestle mania.

So today has been a LLLOOOOONNNNNGGGGG day! It all started in the middle of the night. I am pretty tired. I feel like I am looking like the biggest hag in the world. I tried to take a picture of myself, but I am pretty disgusted by what I see so needless to say---No picture. My little man is waking up every three hours. Pretty much like clockwork. I did the Babywise thing from day one and he was a good sleeper until about a month or so ago. I feel like I am going on a one way trip to the looney bin if it keeps going on. I need sleep BAD!
It doesnt help that I go to bed late every night, but I cant help that. I have always been a night owl. I consider it my time to chill and not have the kids fighting, Nick jr yacking all day long on the tv, kids crying etccccc..... I am just thinking on feeding him whenever instead of every three hours and see if that works. I am pretty sure his chubby little cheeks are use to being fed every three hours. My bad!
On to the next gripe. The potty training saga. It is going pretty good actually. He is killing me. He is so independant! That is not a bad thing, but when you are learning to pee and poo in the potty you need mamas help occasionally. Yesterday we were at ------oh do I really need to type it? You know where I was--Chucksters. Hayden came up to me and said that he went pee pee in the potty and needed help zipping his pants up. When I was helping him I noticed that his pullup was MIA!! I kept thinking oh hell it is probably up in the tubes or on a ride or something. I asked him where it was and he showed me. I guess when he was going to the bathroom it ripped on one side so he just threw it to the ground. Pretty funny. I bought him a size to small and so they are hard to get up and down. My husband asked me if they were the "Europeon Style" pullups. Such a comedian!
Last night I went in to the bathroom and found that Mr Independant had tried to go poo all by himself. I kid you not, there was poop on my door and on my rug (threw that sucker away)and some on a big stack of wet wipes on the floor. MMMMM! Delish! My nice hubby cleaned and scoured that up while I threw him in the bath. Surprisingly there was no poo on him. Weird.
Well ok, enough of the potty talk. I need to go referee 2 kids that are fighting, hold a screaming baby and see if Dallin needs help making french toast for dinner. Love that he likes to cook! My husband is "working late" tonight. Yah! that is if you call golfing working late. I dont, do you? What is wrong with that picture? I know a certain girl who is going to organize another GNO baby!!!
Hope everyone has agreat night. SYTYCD finale and Big Brother is tonight. So excited.

At about 2 am I was laying in bed trying to get back to sleep after getting up with boy #6, I was reminissing about my carefree college days. Where did they go?????
I went to BYU and had a great time. I was only there for a few semesters (I took a break and ended up meeting my sweetie and never went back). I was thinking off all of the fun things I did and great freinds I made. I though I would just jaunt some things down before my old lady brain takes over and I forget all of my fun memories. This might bore some of you non-cougar lovers out there, or it might spark some of your fun college memories....
1. DT first semester. Good times, bad food!
2. Freshman 15 oh yah! With Little Caesars crazy bread down the street and Albertsons hot cookies (freind Trish Hibler had a car) I definitly packed on the poundage!
3. Hated walking to class! I had an early morning class Socioligy class that was all the way freakin across campus. It was sooooo hard to stay awake for that class. My teacher was Spencer J. condie who is now a GA.
4. Loved going to the Wilkinson Center and hang out. I loved people watching ( especially hot guys)
5. La Dolce Vita- yum. is it still there I wonder?
6. Ivy towers and all of the other "hot" dance spots.
7. Loved spying on my roomate Michelle who would ALWAYS talk on the phone to her boyfriend, now husband while on his mission. Can you believe it?? He would send her flowers and everything.
8. Fall. It was so beautiful. It would have been better if I had a hot guy to snuggle with.
9. Training table fries with cheese and their guacamole bacon cheeseburger. Yum.
10. walking across campus in the snow and ice barefoot, so I wouldnt slip and break my neck. I was too vain to have any kind of snow gear at all, so I just took off my shoes and looked like a nutball instead.
11. walking up "rape hill" Is that really what it was really called? I would try so hard to walk up it and not look like I was dying when I reached the top. It was quite comical. I honestly felt like I was going to die when I reached the top. Pretty sad.
12. Nu Skin. I didnt work there, but it seemed like everyone and their dog did.
13. 366E 600 N. That was my first off campus housing. It was called Richmond Court and it looked like a motel, not apartments.
14. Hated how everything closed so stinkin early. Being from Vegas, everything is open all night.
15. Loved how I could just hop on the freeway and be to Vegas in 5 hours.
16. Hated being pulled over near Nephi several times. Speed trap I tell you.
17. That scary Academy building. I think it is something else now, but that building gave us the creeps at night!
Well I could go on and on. I am sure this is a bunch of mindless hooey to some, but good times for others. Oh yah and I did go to classes and learn stuff too! LOL

I didnt realize that it had been so long since my last post. My sister told me she was tired of looking at the last post and said to hurry and change it. WHATEVER chicky!! When you get off your keester and make a blog of your own, then you can be boss!
So not much going on here. I think that is why I havent posted in a bit. I have nothing too exciting to post. That is unless you count yelling at your kids and wanting to go manson on them a few times exciting! No they have been pretty good. I can definitly tell that they are in need of getting back into their routine. They probably wouldnt admit to it, but I do!! The school countdown is on! 15 days 6 hours and 2 min. I am a little excited but thena gain I am not. I have had it pretty good. I usually get to sleep in. I wouldnt call it uninterupted sleeping, but I get to sleep in. That is the beauty of having some older children. They get to help out with the babysitting.
When school starts, then all Hell will break loose because I am NOT a morning person. Never have and I dont plan to ever be! This year I will have a seminary student--EEEK ! That is really early. Good thing I have already designated that one to my sweet hubby. Lucky man!
Well I had a pretty enjoyable weekend I must say. I was in need of a GNO and I got it. Friday a bunch of families got together at a park to hang out and have dinner together. Then the girls that were int he party mood went to the movies. We went and saw No reservations. It was a cute movie. It was the kind of movie that didnt require using any brain cells. I like those.!!!
We( as in me) pigged out on popcorn and candy and of course Diet Coke. Good times.
On our way home Christine and I saw a huge light in the sky. It kind of looked like fireworks, or a falling star. We couldnt figure it out. It turned out to be a Meteor shower. Pretty cool.
Saturday I went to Hollys stamp camp and made some cute crafts and just kind of hung out. My kids and some of the kids in the hood are in to Airsoft guns. So about 15 kids are all running around shooting each other. No coloring or playing dollies here- no way.! We get gun battles and wars and all of that fun stuff :(
Sunday we just went to church. It was actually not too bad. My kids for the most part resembled well behaved children for most of the time. I was able to chill out in the Library- best calling in the church in my opinion. After church a couple of families got together for some Karaoke battles. I should say SLAUGHTER, since that is what I did to all that dared to go up against me. You know who you are girls!!!!! I do have a heart and lost a couple of battles on purpose. I dont want anyone to think that I am to competative or anything! LOL
Well I will end this mish mash of a post. I was trying to download some pics, but for some reason it is not letting me download. I will have to make my computer boy help me. I do take care of his kids and clean his house for him, that is the least he could do for me right????? Have a great night!!

HOUSTON WE HAVE MADE CONTACT!!!!
Well at least Hayden has and it is with the potty!!! Yeah haaaawwwwww! He did it. I was beginning to think that I was going to be keeping him home from preschool this year, but now the future is looking bright!!!!! PARTY ON!
I have been pretty much keeping him naked all day and that seems to be doing the trick. Yesterday he kept escaping out the door alot running around the hood naked. It was a sight. He had his shirt on at least...oh and his boots of course. I am sure the neighbors think that I am a total whackjob, but oh well!
Oh and I am totally excited that they have a new PS2 Singstar out now. I think it came out a couple months ago, but new to me. It is Singstar Pop. I am zooming out to get it for sure today. So excited. I just wish they would make the 80s version one for the Us instead of just Europe. That would be the best. I am pretty sure I would outsing anyone who dares to go up against me. LOL
Well I just had a few things to get off my chest and now it is back to the old bump and grind. Have a great daY!!!!

YEAH!!! Psycho queen has come out of her funk!! I am a ton better now. Thanks for all your sweet words of encouragment. You guys are awesome. I was just downloading some of my recent pictures of my peeps and I ran across some of these cuties. How can you be in a fowl mood when you have these sweet things around you all day! Even though I am yelling at them half the time or cleaning up puddles of wizz all day pottytraining, it is aaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllll good!
I snapped this one of my babalicious man lounging with Lawson. When all of the other kids are in bed it is fun to just be able to hang out with Lawson. I snap the cutest pictures of them together at night.
Chris brought these boots home for Hayden hand he has them on 24/7!!! We are far from being cowboys, but I think they are the cutest things.
Mr personality. He is always making these goofy faces. Pretty hot looking ensamble eh???
Well I ahd better get back to my inlaws. Chris and my FIL took the older 4 boys to an A's game and my MIL and I took the other 2 shopping. I dont have a very good knack of decorating. It is just not my thing. I have a few pieces that I am looking for and so we went shopping around some stores, it was a lot of fun, but everyone is pooped!! Hope you all survive your Sunday. I should be good with some extra hands to help me. Goodnight!

HHHHEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!
Imagine a woman pulling her hair out, nerves shot, and on the verge of a nervous breakdown and you have a picture of me!!!!
I am sure it is PMSing, because I am not a depressed kind of person, but I have been having a bad few days. I feel like I am losing my marbles. Nothing in particular is setting me off, it is just a bunch of everything at one time.
I am trying to pottytrain and that is not working. He is "watering" all over the house and outside except for the toilet!! Driving me nuts. There is no way that that kid is NOT going to preschool this year so he is going to be pottytrained come hell or high water!!!
My inlaws are coming in tonight, so I have been trying to clean up and get stuff ready for them. My kids have been helping alot today, but they are kids and it is hard to keep them from making more messes.
Bowen started football and practices are 4 times a week, right at dinner time, so I have to be Chauffer Joe taking him back and forth to that, plus trying to keep the other kids happy and entertained.
Ok! I am starting to bore myself with all of this hum drum nonsense but it feels great to let it out!
On a good note I got my nasty hair cut today. She took an inch off and gave me bangs. I am excited to see how they work. I have not had bangs in eons, but I was starting to feel like my hair looked like Olive Oyls hair all slicked down with no personality.
Well I am off to rescue my baby who has been screaming in his swing for the past 40 minutes. He is so tired, but is too worked up to sleep. Hope everyone is having a great day! I am sure you all are after reading my depressing post! LOL

GOOD MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can I tell you how excited I am that I got my first Good mail. Sweet Donna sent it to me. She is the best!
I actually got it the other day, but my camera battery ran out. It has been so hard to keep from opening this yummy candy for this long, but I wanted to get a picture of it before it ended up on my right butt cheek!!! I also got some great smelling lip balm. It is Pecan flavored and it feels so great on. Thank you soooooo much Donna for thinking of me. It truly made my day!!!!! Sorry for the cruddy picture. I realized that the picture I had taken had her address showing, so I had to crop it out! DUH!
