Today was a great day. After I got the kiddies off to school and the baby back to sleep, I laid down on the couch to have a little cat nap. That is all it was, because Lawson didnt take his usual 2-3 hour morning nap. I love the time that I get to spend alone with Hayden in the mornings. He is so fun. He can be a little stinker sometimes, but the older he gets he is so cute. It is hard to believe that he is turning 3 next week. Time has flown. I cant even believe that Lawson is almost 4 months. It is time for another one. LOL I think my husband would kill me. Dont get me wrong, we LOVE Lawson soo much, but he was willing to stop after #5. When I first found out I was pregnant with Lawson I couldnt tell him for a few days. I had dreams that he drove me off a cliff!!!!!! So funny. he is an awesome dad, I am lucky to have him. I probably would have only had 1 kid if he wasnt such a great help. Anyway, back to my day. We had our girls lunch today instead of Wed. We went to Pf changs. We were going to go to Cheesecake, but it was a 50 minute wait-I dont think so! We always have a great time chit chatting and having fun. Tonight I was able to go to the Temple with Holly. It was her ward temple night. It was great to go. It will be awhile before CHris and I can go together, since the baby is so small, so we have to go in shifts I guess until he gets older. After the temple we went to Cheesecake factory. We were bound to get that in today! it was about 9:30 when we got there and it was packed!! Crazy loons out eating that late. Now here I am blogging. I should be in bed, but this is the only time I can type without interuption. Well we have a busy day tomorrow. Games and General Conference!! Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

Ok , So I just remembered one reason why I dont like the baseball season- SUNFLOWER SEEDS!!! I think that when people eat them and spit the seeds out is soooo disgusting. Last year, a lady in front of me was eating them and spit the seed out and it landed right on my arm!! Gross. I am probably the only person in the world who has such harsh feelings about a seed, but I do. I think it is as gross as when people spit out chewing tobacco! Ok, I think I can go on now that I got that off my chest.
Today I had to run to the mall. I needed to get something on my watch fixed, so that is what I did. My house is a pig sty, but at least I can tell time correctly.
So what did everyone think about AI last night.? I woke up with a headache this morning from pounding my head against my fist last night. Mind boggling! Poor curly had to go and there sits Sanjaya with his smug little face. Ok and did anyone else think that Lost was a little---Lost! What was up with that random couple? The thought of them being burried alive was freaky.

So we are palnning on heading to Vegas for Spring break. This will be a first for us since we have lived here in California. We usually go during the summer and around Christmas. We decided to go early this year so we wouldnt melt. There is not a whole lot of action that goes on when we go to vegas. This is how a typical conversation goes between my sisters and I trying to plan something to do. "What do you want to do today??" "I dont know, what do you want to do ?" Next day "What do you want to do today?" "I dont know what do you want to do"? You get the picture. We are all very indecisive. It is nice to see everyone though and we do end up having fun. I am lucky because most of chris family is in Vegas and mine is too, so we get it all done in one visit. Well I need to get going on dinner. We are having Taco Salad. It sounds really yummy right now, enen though I had a salad from Baja Fresh today. I hope everyone enjoys their Thursday. TGIF tomorrow!!!!!!

You cant really tell by my lousy picture, but it has been a little stormy here today. I love this weather. Some people think that it is gloomy and depressing. I think it is great. This has always been my favorite season of the year. Growing up in Vegas, it was either hotter than snot or butt cold, so the few days that it felt like Spring I loved. It was such a shock when we moved out her almost 11 years ago. People were actually playing at parks or taking walks, just enjoying the outside! That never happened in Las Vegas. You stayed indoors so you wouldnt melt! I am getting ready to head to pack meeting. UUUGGG! I know I should enjoy going to these, but they are kind of unorganized so it goes on and on and on! I should complain because I am just glad that it isnt me in charge. Today I had my VT interview. I feel like such a slacker. I have not been VTing since I had the baby. I know I should and I need to get on the ball and go. After that I went to ----No not Costco surprisingly, but to Old Navy. They are having 2 for 20 jeans for boys. You really cant beat that. My kids go through jeans like they were tissue paper. What is up with that?? Drives me nuts!! Well that is about it here. Nothing too exciting. We are gobbling up our dinner and out the door to Pack Meeting-FUN FUN FUN!

I survived my slump from the other day!!!!!!!!!Yeah! Luckily it didnt last too long. My husband and I didnt end up having a date night, but we went out for dinner anyway. All of us! Actually we were one short. Dallin was golfing with his buddy. The weather has been so nice lately, we are letting him take advantage of it. We went to a place called Tomatinas. It is really good. I get their Piadine. It is this HUGE pizza type crust that is brick oven cooked and I get it topped with caesar salad. So good. It is funny when we take all of the kids with us place. We look like a freak show. People stare at us with such funny looks. It cracks me up. I then went to the store to stock up on my tabloids-(Fridays are when the new ones come out.) That was pretty much it.
Saturday we had ball games and just did stuff around the house. Pretty laidback. I love those days. Sunday was Fast and testimony meeting. I am sure it was all around due to conference next week. I actually got to hear some of testimonies. My kids were pretty good. I dont know what it is going to be like when Lawson is more disruptive, but we will cross that bridge when we get there. Right now he just sits in his car seat. I have to rock it back and forth to get him to sleep in it. I probably look like a nutty lady rocking it back and forth for an hour but whatever works! I think that one of these Sundays if the kids are bad I am going to send them up with dad. He looks too comfortable up there on the stand!
Today I went to costco-AGAIN! I wanted to check out a clock that they had there. It wasnt what I was looking for, but I ended up leaving with a ton of stuff anyway. I was just there Friday hello! Tonight was FHE. A group of us in our ward get together twice a month and have FHE together. It is alot of fun. The kids have a blast. We origanally started it for a family in our ward. Her husband is off in Iraq for a year and a half. I dont know how she does it. I would go nuts. She is awesome. She has a 13 year old daughter and 8 year old son. It is a fun group of families. Next time I will post a picture. I dont know why I dont think about all of these great photo ops, I truly am getting better at taking picutes. Blogging has helped me to journal more and to take more pictures. Well I need to get my hoodlums off to bed. I hear the thumping of bodies on the floor. I think wrestle mania has begun again. Goodnight!

I have a few minutes to myself so I had better type no while I have the chance. Today has been pretty uneventful. I am washing bedding(long overdue) and cleaning my stove. Yesterday was mine and Hollys turn for our food group. So I cooked and chopped 5 pounds of chicken and 8 packages of pasta. If I never see another chicken breast or pasta shell again I will be ok with that. It went well though and all of us in the group went home with several meals to put in our freezers. Yeah!! While I was ccoking the chicken there was a boil over and it made a mess of my stove so I had to really clean that puppy good. It is kind of a blue day for me today. I am not sure why. It feels like I am PMSing, but I dont think it is that time yet. I have tried chocolate AND Diet Coke and nothing. I am in a funk. It is probably because I didnt go anywhere today really. I love to get out and do something every day, whether it be Costco, Target anything. I told my husband he needs to take me out tonight. We will see. Dallin is golfing and my husband wanted to go and make sure his swings were right. WHATEVER!! I think it is just an excuse to golf. I really do have 7 boys not 6. Well I fell like I just rattled on a bunch of nothing, but it helped to just sit here a type. I hope I didnt put anybody to sleep.

Tomorrow is another typical Saturday. Ballgames, tournaments and Scouts. Busy busy. Well my "Times up buzzer" is going off. The litle man is awake and letting me know it. Have a good weekend!!

What is going on with the world today!!!!! Why is Sonjaya STILL ON AI??????? Am I the only one in the world that thinks he STINKS???? I swear if he makes it all the way through to the end, I am through with that show forever!! Crazy.
So today was a pretty good day! I dont think the yelling machine went off at all today, I managed to keep my cool all day long-yeah for me! it must have had something to do with it being my Wed. lunch day. We went to PF Changs and we had a nice 2 hour lunch. It was so nice. Then it was off to pick up the kids. Today was a nice stay at home day. No practices to run kids to or anything. Landon had a friend Jake over to play and the rest of the kids played in the neighborhood. I even made a dinner tonight that didnt come from a box! We had pork tenderloin, baked potatoes and green beans. I am usually the queen of overcooking meat, but the pork turned out pretty good. I then sat outside for a bit with Hayden and Lawson
while Chris parcticed pitching with Bowen.
Last night we had our Enrichment Bday party. It was really nice. The theme was hats and the many different hats that women have to wear-so true. It was a great turnout and alot of fun. Well I am off to get my little man off to bed. He didnt get up until 8 this morning!! Such a good sleeper. I am so lucky. My babies usually are up all night long!!! Not good for a chick who loooovvvvves her sleep. Good night!

I was shoving Snickerdoodle cookies in my mouth and decided to do something more productive!! They are so yummy that I cant stop eating them. Sunday was a great day. There wasnt too much mornign yelling going on before church.. Ours starts at 1 PM I am going to totally go nuts when it goes back to 9:30 in September. Chris has his early Bishopric meeting and then is home by 9:30 to help out. It works out great. Not too much drama went on during sacrament meeting. I was actually able to listen to the speakers. They had great messages. I especially enjoyed RS. It was on forgiveness. After church we got together with the Holly and the clan for our annual St Pattys Day dinner. We had the usual corn beef, potatoes, carrots etc. So good. We did our karaoke Singstar. It is hard to let go of the mic, it is so addicting. Especially the 80s songs. Then it was clean up and go to bed. Yee ha! To bad there wasnt much on the tube. Good thing tonight makes up for it. Today, we all woke up late. It is totally my fault. I got up with the baby and had a little time before I had to get the kids up so I decided to "lay down" for a couple minutes. Yah right!! I woke up to MOM ITS 8:00!! Okay, school starts at 8:15. What a loser I am. I cant do that. I dont know why I do. I learned my lesson though. My kids made it if you can believe it. Poor guys.
After that I headed to Target, the cleaners and then to get the kiddies. I needed to go to Fremont today for dentist appointments. I really need to get one around here. It is hard lugging all of the kids to Fremont. It is about a 20- 25 minute drive. I really like our dentist though. They are from our old ward and the kids love them all. I did a Little Caesars hot and ready pizzas and called it dinner. I didnt get home early enough to make dinner, but it worked out. I am taking a few minutes to relax here. My kids push me to the edge sometimes to where I yell. I hate it!! If they would just listen to me the first thousnad times I tell them to do something then I wouldnt have to yell. I am sure it is my fault. They realy are good kids, but sometimes......UUUUHHHHHH! They drive me the looney farm. Well I am off to watch my shows. It is a night full of my shows. 24 ,Prison Break(Gotta love that Wentworth guy!!) The Hills etc.. Hope everyone has a great night.

Can we say CRAZY days?? Yesterday I headed to Costco to stock us back up on the basics. We were out of alot of stuff. I usually stay up on all that stuff so we never fully run out of things, like milk, bread, paper goods etc, but I slacked. After I went back home and unloaded everything, I headed to Walmart. I needed to pick up a prescription and a couple things and then it was home to get the kids. I dropped off Dallin to the golf course to hit a few balls then it was home for awhile. After I got my "babysitter" back from the Golf course and my man came home from work, we headed to CPKitchen again. I was craving that BBQ Chicken salad again. It is seriously sooo good. We shopped around the mall for a little while and then it was home to the kiddies. Today was totally wacko. We had about a million things going on at the same time today. Chris was in a Golf Tournament thingy today and Dallin had a scouts activity and a golf tournament and I had 2 ball games to go to. It was in and out of the car and all over town. I am wiped out! On top of all that it was sign ups at the high school for Dallin. I cant believe that my baby is going to be in high school next year. I am too young for that arent I???? LOL I got my house cleaned up, laundry folded and dinner done and now I am getting clothes ready for church. We are alos watching Hollys 4 kids for a few hours today. They were dropped off at 4:30 and will be here until around 11. All 10 kids are alive and accounted for!! Hee Hee They are in watching Open Season. I think I will sneek a picture of them and post it. Today was a fun day. I went to the mall. Nordstroms was having a Fit For A Cure event. They have people there to fit you for the right size bra and since I needed a new one I thought this was a good time. Proceeds of the bra I bought went to the Susan G Koman foundation. I then went to the CPKitchen with Holly and had the yummy BBQ Chicken salad. So yummy. Stopped off at the Gap, Baby Gap, Abercrombie, Bare Minerals store and of course Sees candy and that topped off my day at the mall. Hayden and lawson were great. I have trained Hayden well. He stays in the stroller and hardly peeps. He is such a good shopper boy. I then picked up kids from school and did the baseball practice thing and that was my afternoon. Tonight we had French toast for dinner. I know it sounds like we eat that kind of stuff for dinner all the time. We really dont. It is just that kind of week where quick and easy dinners rule, plus I dont have to listen to "what is this in here" or "what is the green stuff" "what is that smell"??? Drives me bonkers. Just eat it!!!!!Oh well. Chris had a Bishopric meeting tonight, so it was me doing the bed time thing. I dont always have patience for it so he usually puts them to bed. We all lived LOL Tomorrow I need to hit Costco. We are out of lunch items, milk all that good stuff. Plus my iron is on the fritz. I need a new one. Any good suggstions??? Well have a great night!! I am off to watch the tube even though there is NOTHING really good on tonight.

It has been a few days since I have written. I have had PMS and I think that has given me a writers block. LOL Just the usual craziness going on here. Today was my Tuesday wacko day. I went to Walmart this morning to get a few things and then came home and did a ton of laundry and picked up a bit. Before I knew it it was time for kids to be home. It is then off to scouts, baseball practices, and picking up Dallin from school. For dinner tonight we eggs and blueberry muffins. I know you are all jealous of my culinary abilities. NOT. Last night I did actually make Risotto. That is a time consuming dinner, but it was yummy in the end. Tonight we had a parents meeting at the middle school for parents who have incoming 6th graders. I cant believe it is that time already. Bowen was 5 weeks old when we moved out here from Vegas. Now he is almost 11 and going to 6th grade. Time flies. I enjoyed eveyones pictures of their landmarks. I wanted to post one, but my scanner wasnt cooperating. I will try tomorrow. Well it is late and the morning hour comes fast. Goodnight

What a day! It has been Super busy. Today was the start of baseball season. Yipeeee! Three LONNNNNNNNNGGGG months of games. Cant wait. We had 2 Jamborees and Dallin had a golf tournament all at the same time. Crazy. My husband took the baseball kids one way and I tookt he golfer the other way. We hooked up a little while later. My body is killing me. I had Lawson in a Baby Bjorn for almost 3 hours standing up. Try hanging a 15 pound kid on your shoulders for 3 hours!! He was a good boy though. My husband and kids washed cars, mowed lawns and I got my nails done. I actually hate to get my nails done. I dont enjoy sitting there for an hour. I get ants in my pants. They do look nice in the end though. Today I got what I call "Good Mail" I ordered PS2 Singstar off Ebay and it camed today!! I love that game! We have American Idol Karaoke, but the kids like Singstar better. It has more modern songs. We played it at my brothers house on New Years and had a blast. Well, I had better go hunt down some dinner. My man and I went to dinner last night, so I guess it is back to the kitchen for me tonight. Bummer. Have a great night! I am going to be hating life in the morning. We lose an hour of my much needed sleep.

So today has been a nice day so far. Today my kids had minimun day so I wanted to get my errands done before they got home. I ran to Target, love that store with my freind Holly then I headed to Chuck E cheeses and met my friend Christine there. She picked up my kids and we rendevoued(sp) at the Chucksters. I actually enjoy that place. They have a great salad bar and all you can drink Diet Coke. My kids play and have a great time and I get to sit and visit. So fun.. The only thing missing is chocolate. I really only had 4 out of six kids there. Bowen is still at his 5th grade camp. I miss him. He will be home tomorrow, and Dallin got out at regular time. Even though he is a teenager, he still enjoys Chuck E Cheese. I am sure it wont last too much longer though. Tonight we are having a gourmet dinner-NOT. Ever since I had the baby, I just dont go all out on the dinners like I usually try to. It is something quick and easy. Tonight we are having some food storage item. It is the Mountain House Chicken and noodles. It is ok. Then I made some corn bread. Dallin is making chocolate chip cookies. Yum! Just what my body needs. Haha. Well I am off the finish putting together my delicious dinner. I am sure my husband will be so excited when he sees what it is. LOL The night is still young, so I might be back to vent!

Ok Guys, it is time to dust off all those old pictures of way back when!! I ran across this photo of my sisters and I and had the biggest laugh. This picture is was taken when I was a junior or senior in high school. So funny. I had the best time growing up besides all the usual teenage girl hangups. I had great freinds and great church leaders. Life was so carefree. I remember going to movies or dances with friends, cruising the strip, going to Macayos after the dances and driving by boys houses. I had a good trip down memory lane. I would love to see and hear about your stories of way back when. I bet that nobody could top the big hair we had. My younger sister Laura and I were called twin towers. We had to get up at the crack of dawn to get our hair just so before early morning seminary. Took ALOT of Aquanet. I think we are the cause of the hole in the ozone.

Today was pretty mellow. No driving kids around too much. I had lunch with a friend and that is about all of the excitement. I just got done cleaning up the kitchen and folding and putting away TONS of laundry. Now it is time for some kids to go to bed and me to chill in front of the tube. Hope you all have a great night!

Today was a crazy day. Tuesdays are my worst days as far as being busy. It is pick up and drop offto school, scouts. baseball x2 , driving range and on and on it goes. I did take the easy route and had my husband pick up some pizza for dinner. You gotta love Little Caesars hot and ready. It is not the best pizza, but it is good in a pinch. I need to run to Walmart and get a disposable camera for Bowen. He has a 3 day feild trip tomorrow. I am going to miss him. He is really excited though. He is such a sweetie. I am loving all of your self portraits. Your stories behind them are so inspiring and touching. You are truly gorgeous. Inside and out. Even though I dont know you all very well, I can tell that you all are so caring and great mothers, wives and daughters of our Heavenly Father. He loves us no matter what freckles, zits cellulite and saggy body parts. I am gratefull that I have a wonderful husband and kids who loves me flaws and all. Growing up and even now, I have struggles with self image. I ALWAYS feel fat or even hate having my pictures taken. When I do see a photo of me I think DANG, is that what I really look like? Such a waste of time thinking like that. Sometimes I am glad that I dont have any girls. I fear that I would pass that self image thing down to her. I am still a very happy person and have a great life silly struggles and all. I am missing my camera charger, so my battery is dead or I would have joined in on the mirror picture. As I have been downloading pictures onto my computer, I have discovered about 4 pictures with me in them. That is about it in all of the years. Sad. I am always gladly in the back behind everyone or I run from the camera . I just need to get over that or my kids will forget what I looked like after I am gone. Well sorry to drone on. Ok! I needed to come in and be alone for a few minutes. I hate this time of the night sometimes. It is so close to bedtime and the kids are having wrestle mania going on in one room, music in the other and a certain six year old crying upstairs. This is a Calgon moment!! I feel bad that I look so forward to bedtime. Today has been pretty uneventful. My big adventure for the day was to McDonalds for a Diet Coke and some fries. So healthy. I must be PMSing because I dont think that my mouth has been closed in a long time. It seems like I am always shoving food in it. I am like a crazy woman! I am tackling my Crap room tonight. It feels good to weed out the closet and rearrange some stuff. Well it is back to the zoo. I a glad i was able to vent! Have a good night!

I am in a group through my freind Hollys ward that gets together once a month and makes freezer meals. It is like Dream Dinners or one of those places that you go and make dinners to put in your freezer. Anyway, it is our turn again and we are running out of meal ideas. Does anyone have a good easyish recipe that freezes well? You guys all sound like great cooks out there! I would appreciate any ideas you have. I am not sure what I am going to do today. I should stay home a clean! UGGG! Who wants to do that? I have a spare bedroom downstairs that Icall my crap room. It is just full of everything you can imagine. the only thing that gets me motivated to weed it out is when family come to visit. Well the boss is calling me. He wants to eat. He is just barely 3 months and is almost 15 pounds. He does not miss a meal!!

Well it has been a pretty good weekend. Saturday my friend Christine and I headed in to San Jose to the Valley Fair Mall. What an awesome mall. They have the best stores. We first ate at Cheesecake Factory. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Salad. It was HUGE. I ate the whole thing. It was to die for. we then shopped around for a few hours. I think the best time we had at the mall was when we got us some Sees candy and sat and people watched. It was so fun. At about 6 or so we headed to Santana Row and met my friend Holly for dinner and then headed for a movie. We saw Wild Hogs. It was kind of funny, but a little hokey. What a great day. I did miss my family, but they survived without me. I even came home to a clean house! Today we blessed Lawson . He looked so cute. I will post a picture when I charge my camera up(cant find the charger). All of the boys in my family have been blessed in this little white tuxedo. It is the funniest thing. First of all it is way cute, but it looks alittle like a prom tux from the 80s. My oldest sister bought it when she first got married in case she ever had a boy(only had 2 girls) so it is about 22 years old but so cute. My husband gave a beautiful blessing. What a blessing it is to have the priesthood in our home. So it was a great ending to a great weekend.

Well today was a pretty good day. I ended running to Costco...always fun and then my husband surprised me and came home early today. When I got home from puicking up the kids my dishes were done and house picked up. What a great guy. Tonight we ended up taking the kids to a new place here called Super Franks. It is kind of like Chuck E Cheeses but a little more grown up. It has indoor golf a Starbucks(Whooppee) and pretty good salad and pizza. My kids seemed to have fun. We went with some good freinds of ours in our ward, so that made it more fun. That is about it for the day. Tomorrow is my shopping day. I cant wait. It will be really weird not pushing a stroller around everywhere, but I will survive I am sure. LOL Well I am going to head off and read my tabloids. I love Fridays because the new mags come out. My one guilty pleasure, well 2 if you count my love for Diet Coke. Good night!

I was looking at my the picture of my boys that I posted and realized that my poor Christmas tree was the background. I was 9 months pregnant and didnt even want to deal with putting up decorations so my kids did it all. They had fun, but I think the tree had everysingle ornament on it that they could find. Plus Hayden was trying to take a Thomas train ornament off the tree and pulled the WHOLE tree down. Luckily it didnt land on him! I pulled it back up and pretty much just left it the way it was. So funny. We call it the Ghetto tree. I am grateful that I started blogging so I could write this little memory down before I forget it. So yesterday I survived! I made it through the day without getting too sad. My sister sent me a couple funny pictures on her camera phone and we text back and forth during Survivor. It helped alot. So today I am off to Costco for milk and who knows what else. I swear that my kids drink soo much milk. I think that I just need to buy a cow. I am not sure what is going on tonight. I dont cook on fridays. I adopted that tradition from my mom and I love it! I joked around to my husband that he should plan something fun for us on Friday to keep my mind off of my trip. We will see if it happens. I feel like I keep harping on about this trip, but it truly is something that we all look forward to all year. Well I need to go blowdry my hair before it frizzed out!
